🚚 Shipping Policy – MzansiNest

1. Overview

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with MzansiNest and should be read together with our Return & Refund Policy.

We aim to process and deliver all orders in a timely and reliable manner.


2. Delivery Method

MzansiNest uses Aramex Store-to-Door courier services for all deliveries across South Africa.


3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

8–11 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • location (main centres vs outlying areas)

  • courier operations

  • public holidays or peak periods


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be:

  • calculated at checkout, or

  • clearly displayed before payment


6. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • a tracking number, and

  • instructions to track your delivery


7. Delays & Liability (Important)

While MzansiNest works with reliable courier partners, delivery times are not guaranteed.

MzansiNest is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier service issues

  • weather conditions

  • strikes or force majeure events

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer

However, nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable South African consumer laws. Where required by law, we will provide appropriate remedies.


8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • MzansiNest is not liable for failed delivery

  • additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery


9. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • customer unavailability, or

  • inability to access the delivery location

the courier may:

  • attempt re-delivery, or

  • return the parcel to us

Additional delivery fees may be charged for re-shipping.


10. Delivery Completion

Delivery is considered complete when:

  • the product is delivered to the address provided, and

  • accepted by the recipient or any person at the delivery location


11. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • provide photos and order details

We will investigate and resolve the issue in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
